Support and development.
Built to keep working. After go-live we keep the system running, secure and up to date. Technology and AI move fast. We follow that, measure what is better and bring it in when it makes sense. And we keep building when your work changes.

Our position.
What we believe in, and how you will notice it.
- 01
Keeping up is our job.
AI and technology change every quarter. We follow it, so you do not have to.
- 02
A new model? Measure first.
A new AI model runs on your test set first. Better, or cheaper for the same result? Then we propose the switch.
- 03
Major updates in good time.
We plan them when it makes sense, not when something breaks. Tested in the test environment, live after your approval.
- 04
Service levels in writing.
Response times, availability, back-up and reporting are set out in the SLA. Not just in conversation.
What it is.
Running, secure and up to date.
What you get
- Hosting in the EU, encrypted
- Monitoring that alerts us before you notice anything
- Hourly back-ups, restore tested every quarter
- Security updates as soon as they are released
- Support on working days from 08:00 to 18:00, with a ticket number
- Fixing defects in what we built
- Small changes
Keeping up
- Every quarter: updates to technology and components
- Major upgrades, such as a new version of a framework or database, planned and tested
- New AI models tested on your test set, with results and costs
- Advice in the quarterly report: what could be better, what it delivers, what it costs
- Nothing goes live without your approval
How it works.
A report every quarter, and the next step decided together.
Quarterly report
- Availability and incidents, against the SLA
- Result of the back-up test
- Releases, with release notes
- For AI: how often it was right, and the model costs
- Looking ahead: planned work and our advice, three points at most
Further development
- A new solution or feature is a new phase, with its own fixed price
- Each quarter we decide together what the next step is
- The same approach: look first, then build
- An upgrade that mainly adds new capabilities: a proposal with a price
Commitments and limits.
In numbers, and free to leave.
Commitments
- Target availability 99.5% per month
- P1 critical: response within 1 hour, fix or workaround within 4 working hours
- P2 high: 4 working hours · P3 normal: 1 working day · P4 low: 5 working days
- Paper fallback: always an up-to-date PDF of all active records
Included in the monthly fee
- Everything above, including keeping up
- Upgrades needed to stay secure and supported
- Switching to another AI model with the same function
- Small changes, up to a number of hours per month agreed per client
Free to leave
- Code and documentation belong to the client
- You may run it yourself or have another team develop it further
- Term and notice period agreed per client
- When you leave: code, data export and documentation, plus a handover meeting with the new team
- Option: 24/7 availability for critical outages
What we do not do
- Support software we did not build
- Apply updates without testing and approval
- Bring in a new model just because it is new
What it costs.
Fixed monthly fee, including keeping up. Further development per phase, at a fixed price.
Questions.
Questions that come up often, with a short answer.
Who maintains it?
We do, under an SLA. Or you do: the documentation is written for that.
What if the system goes down?
The work carries on. There is always an up-to-date PDF of all active records, and we pick up any outage within the hour.
What about security and NIS2?
Roles and permissions, a log that cannot be altered, hourly back-ups and a restore tested every quarter. We report a data breach within 24 hours.
What if there is a defect after delivery?
We fix it at no extra cost: for three months after acceptance of each phase, and after that for as long as we support it. A defect is anything that deviates from the agreed scope.
Are we tied to you afterwards?
No. Source code, data and documentation are yours. You can carry on yourselves or with another team.
Other services.
Often together, sometimes on their own.
Custom software
A system built around your process.
One system for your work, made up of solutions. We start with the foundation and the solution that matters most. After that, each phase adds a solution on the same foundation.

Work the system does for you.
Reading, checking and proposing. On its own, on top of what you already have, such as a mailbox, folder or ERP, or inside a custom system. The system does the work; a person decides.
