Custom software for installation and maintenance.
For installers, maintenance and service companies and grid contractors, where the work revolves around job sheets, faults, inspections and SLAs.

Who we build for
- Electrical, mechanical and HVAC
- Fire safety, lifts and security
- Service and maintenance with contracts and SLAs
- Technical management, multi-year maintenance plans (MJOP) and NEN 2767
What is happening.
What is changing in installation and maintenance.
- 01
More work than engineers
There is more work than there are engineers. Every hour an engineer spends on job sheets and admin is an hour less with the customer.
- 02
A log per installation
The F-gas Regulation and NEN 3140 require a log, inspections and repairs per installation. When it is checked, it all has to be right first time.
- 03
Energy-saving obligation per building
Offices must have energy label C, and the energy-saving obligation tightens from 1 July 2027. Customers ask for advice and delivery per building.
- 04
Terms per client
Clients send work through their own portals and agree their own response times per contract. You want to be able to show those per contract.
Where it can be better.
Six processes from day-to-day operations at installers and maintenance companies.
- How it works now
- The engineer fills in the job sheet on paper or in an app: hours, materials, photos, signature. Then it is retyped for the invoice.
- What could be better
- Invoices without weeks of delay, with all materials and extra work on them.

All processesThe system proposes. You decide.
The system reads, checks and prepares. A person decides what happens.
| Process | What the system does | Who decides |
|---|---|---|
| From job sheet to invoice | What the system does: The engineer’s hours, materials and photos go to the invoice without retyping. Extra work no longer slips through. | Who decides: The work planner decides what goes on the invoice. |
| Breakdown service | What the system does: Reports from phone, portal and building management system in one list, by priority. The engineer sees how the same fault was fixed before. | Who decides: The planner decides who goes. |
| Maintenance contract and SLA | What the system does: Response times, service visits and indexation monitored per contract. The monthly report is ready for the client. | Who decides: The contract manager decides on the indexation. |
| Inspections | What the system does: Inspect and measure on a tablet. The report is ready straight away, and every remedial item becomes a job sheet. | Who decides: The inspector decides the result, the customer orders the repair. |
| Engineer planning | What the system does: Engineers scheduled by trade, certificate and region. When an urgent fault comes in, the schedule recalculates the rest of the day. | Who decides: The planner approves every change. |
| Handover and as-builts | What the system does: As-built drawings, test reports and photos collected during the work. The handover file and the Wkb evidence are ready at handover. | Who decides: The project manager checks and submits to the quality assurer. |
Compliance you can prove.
What the rules in building services ask, and what the system records.
| Rule | The inspector asks | The system records |
|---|---|---|
| F-gas RegulationSince March 2024; topping up with high-GWP refrigerants increasingly banned, with further bans up to 2032. | Refrigerant per installation | Charges and leak tests |
| NEN 3140 and SCIOSPeriodic inspection of electrical installations, often required by the insurer. | Periodic inspection | Inspections and defects |
| Wkb (Dutch Quality Assurance for Construction Act)Since 1 January 2024 for consequence class 1; the installer supplies the evidence. | The installer's burden of proof | Photos and measurements per handover |
| Energy label and energy-saving obligationLabel C for offices since 2023; the energy-saving obligation tightens from 1 July 2027. | Measures and consumption | Consumption per building |

We connect to what is there, or build alongside it where the package is too heavy or too rigid.
Where we are not the right fit
Grid operators and water companies run long public tenders of their own; that is not where we start. We build for installers and service companies with their own engineers, and for the grid contractors who work for them.
Questions.
About costs, time, integrations and ownership.
What does it cost?
Most systems we build cost between €10,000 and €40,000, one-off. Support is about 3 to 5% of that, per month. After the prototype you get a fixed price, before you sign anything.
How long does it take?
We set that after the prototype, per phase. We do not give a timeframe before then.
How much of our time does it take?
One owner who makes the decisions, and a few users who review and test during the build. We agree the exact amount per project.
Does it connect to our ERP and Microsoft?
Yes. Users sign in with their own Microsoft account and MFA. We set out in the proposal which ERP and file integrations are included.
Who owns the software?
You do. The rights transfer per phase, once that phase is paid. No licence.
Where is it hosted?
In the EU, encrypted: EU hosting with ISO 27001-certified partners.
Who maintains it?
We do, under an SLA. Or you do: the documentation is written for that.
People
You talk to the people who build it: Jelle, Mike and Jeroen. No account manager, no middleman.
