What is happening.
What is changing in maritime and offshore.
- 01
Evidence for emissions per voyage
Since 2026, all emissions fall under the EU ETS, and FuelEU Maritime has applied since 2025. You need to substantiate fuel use and emissions per voyage and recharge them per charter.
- 02
Claims with a deadline
You build a demurrage claim after the voyage from SOFs, the NOR and emails. That is manual work for every claim, and what is not submitted in time is lost.
- 03
Certificates and rest hours per seafarer
At an inspection, it must be clear for each seafarer which certificates are valid and whether rest hours were met. You want to know that well in advance.
- 04
Data from ship to office
Noon reports, SOFs and maintenance data come from on board. At the office they are entered again into other systems, and that is where the differences arise.
Where it can be better.
Six processes from day-to-day operations in the maritime sector.
- How it works now
- Rotations, crew changes, STCW certificates and medicals live in Excel and email.
- What could be better
- Spotting expired certificates and rest-hours errors early, not only during an inspection.

All processesThe system proposes. You decide.
The system reads, checks and prepares. A person decides what happens.
| Process | What the system does | Who decides |
|---|---|---|
| Crewing and certificates | What the system does: Crew certificates and rotations in one place. With an alert before anything expires. | Who decides: The crewing manager decides on the relief. |
| Docking and refit | What the system does: Yard quotes side by side on the same specification. And extra work in view during the docking. | Who decides: The superintendent chooses the yard. |
| Laytime and demurrage | What the system does: The SOF next to the charterparty. The claim is ready before the ship sails. | Who decides: The operator reviews the claim. |
| Port call and agency | What the system does: One schedule for agent, terminal, pilot and towage. And the FDA next to the PDA. | Who decides: The operator approves or disputes the FDA. |
| Maintenance and surveys | What the system does: Maintenance from the PMS and class and flag state surveys in one view. | Who decides: The superintendent schedules, class closes it out. |
| Emissions and charterparty | What the system does: Fuel per voyage from noon reports and BDNs, converted for EU ETS and FuelEU, and recharged per charter. | Who decides: The operator checks, the verifier verifies. |
Compliance you can prove.
What the rules in shipping ask, and what the system records.
| Rule | The inspector asks | The system records |
|---|---|---|
| EU ETS maritimeShips of 5,000 GT and above pay for emissions: 100% from 2026, offshore vessels from 2027. | Emissions per voyage and ship | Fuel use per voyage, with source |
| FuelEU MaritimeSince 1 January 2025, a declining limit on the greenhouse gas intensity of fuel. | Greenhouse gas intensity of fuel | Fuel per bunkering |
| STCW and MLC 2006Crew certificates and hours of work and rest must be in order. | Crew certificates and rest hours | Certificates and hours per person |
| ISM and Port State ControlSafety management of shipowner and ship, with audits and inspections. | Safety management that works on board | Checklists, nonconformities and follow-up |

We connect to what is there, or build alongside it where the package is too heavy or too rigid.
Where we are not the right fit
For inland shipping, and for port companies with their own IT department, we are not the first choice. We build for shipowners, yards and maritime service providers who manage ships and crews from ashore.
Questions.
About costs, time, integrations and ownership.
What does it cost?
Most systems we build cost between €10,000 and €40,000, one-off. Support is about 3 to 5% of that, per month. After the prototype you get a fixed price, before you sign anything.
How long does it take?
We set that after the prototype, per phase. We do not give a timeframe before then.
How much of our time does it take?
One owner who makes the decisions, and a few users who review and test during the build. We agree the exact amount per project.
Does it connect to our ERP and Microsoft?
Yes. Users sign in with their own Microsoft account and MFA. We set out in the proposal which ERP and file integrations are included.
Who owns the software?
You do. The rights transfer per phase, once that phase is paid. No licence.
Where is it hosted?
In the EU, encrypted: EU hosting with ISO 27001-certified partners.
Who maintains it?
We do, under an SLA. Or you do: the documentation is written for that.
People
You talk to the people who build it: Jelle, Mike and Jeroen. No account manager, no middleman.
