Who we build for
- Non-residential and residential construction
- Infrastructure and civil engineering
- Equipment, crane and aerial platform hire
- Cables and pipelines
What is happening.
What is changing in construction and infrastructure.
- 01
Work starts before the price is fixed
Under the UAV-GC 2025, work may start before the price is fixed. Change orders that are not recorded and approved in time cost margin.
- 02
Evidence for each construction stage
Under the Wkb (Dutch Quality Assurance for Construction Act), you provide evidence for each stage to the quality assurer and the client. That is easiest on the spot.
- 03
Service connections in the KLIC delivery
By 1 January 2028, service connections must also be in the KLIC data package in digital form. The right data then has to reach the right crew.
- 04
Many parties on one project
Subcontractors, hire firms, quality assurer and client each work from their own lists. Arrangements between them run through email, messaging apps and phone.
Where it can be better.
Six processes from day-to-day operations in construction and infrastructure.
- How it works now
- Changes are agreed verbally on site and recorded later in an email or a report.
- What could be better
- Recording and approving changes on site, now that work may start under the UAV-GC 2025 before the price is fixed.

All processesThe system proposes. You decide.
The system reads, checks and prepares. A person decides what happens.
| Process | What the system does | Who decides |
|---|---|---|
| Change orders and omissions | What the system does: Change orders and omissions recorded on site, approved before the work starts. And invoiced before anyone forgets. | Who decides: The project manager sends the confirmation to the client. |
| Wkb file and handover | What the system does: Evidence for each construction stage recorded on the spot, with photo and location. The file for quality assurer and client grows as you build. | Who decides: The site manager checks, the quality assurer assesses. |
| Equipment and hire | What the system does: Availability, transport, inspections and hours for each piece of equipment in one view. And every hour on the invoice. | Who decides: The hire planner decides what is invoiced. |
| Crane and lifting planning | What the system does: Cranes, inspections and operators in one schedule. Nobody operates a crane without a valid inspection or registration. | Who decides: The crane planner approves the swap. |
| KLIC and excavation | What the system does: The KLIC data package summarised on the crew’s phone. With the cables and pipes marked at the dig area. | Who decides: The site manager releases the instruction to the crew. |
| Estimating and job costing | What the system does: Actual hours set against the budget every day, per bill item. Adjust while the work runs, and the next estimate gets better. | Who decides: The estimator sets the rate, the project manager adjusts course. |
Compliance you can prove.
What the rules in construction and infrastructure ask, and what the system records.

We connect to what is there, or build alongside it where the package is too heavy or too rigid.
Where we are not the right fit
The largest contractors with their own IT department are not our first focus. We build for mid-sized contractors and equipment hire firms, and for finishing trades with around 20 staff or more.
Questions.
About costs, time, integrations and ownership.
What does it cost?
Most systems we build cost between €10,000 and €40,000, one-off. Support is about 3 to 5% of that, per month. After the prototype you get a fixed price, before you sign anything.
How long does it take?
We set that after the prototype, per phase. We do not give a timeframe before then.
How much of our time does it take?
One owner who makes the decisions, and a few users who review and test during the build. We agree the exact amount per project.
Does it connect to our ERP and Microsoft?
Yes. Users sign in with their own Microsoft account and MFA. We set out in the proposal which ERP and file integrations are included.
Who owns the software?
You do. The rights transfer per phase, once that phase is paid. No licence.
Where is it hosted?
In the EU, encrypted: EU hosting with ISO 27001-certified partners.
Who maintains it?
We do, under an SLA. Or you do: the documentation is written for that.
People
You talk to the people who build it: Jelle, Mike and Jeroen. No account manager, no middleman.
