What data

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number and message. We use this data only to answer your question and keep it no longer than necessary: we delete messages without follow-up after twelve months.

When you request a prototype, we receive your company website or name, your answers about the process (which processes, what could be better, who works with them and which systems you use), and your name, job title, email address and phone number. If you also fill in the second, optional part, we receive those answers too, and possibly a sample file.

We use this data to build a prototype of your process and to contact you. To do so, we also look at your company's public website, for example for its house style. If there is no follow-up, we delete your request after twelve months.

We treat a sample file as confidential. We use it only for the prototype. You can anonymise it first.

What you fill in for the first part is kept only in your own browser's storage until you send it, so you can continue later. We do not keep a file there. Once you send the request, we clear it.

Why we may do so

We process data from the contact form and the prototype request because you ask us to, as a step before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For Google Analytics, we ask for your consent through the cookie notice (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Who we share data with

The website runs on Vercel and messages are sent through Resend. A copy of submitted messages goes to River Digital, which manages the website technically. Google provides Analytics and Tag Manager, only if you accept cookies. We never sell your data to third parties.

Your prototype request, any addition and a sample file reach us by email, through Resend, and you get a confirmation by email. A copy of these also goes to River Digital. We build the prototype with EU hosting with ISO 27001-certified partners, and share it with you as a protected link.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Send an email to info@nul-g.nl; we will reply within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

Necessary. We store your cookie choice in your browser's storage, not in a cookie, so we do not ask again on every visit.

Analytics. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager only load after you click "Accept", and then set cookies such as _ga to count visits. We keep statistics for no more than fourteen months. We do not use advertising cookies.
