See it first, then decide.
A conversation, your process on one page and a working prototype on your own data. Only then a proposal, with a fixed price per phase.
No obligation · six questions · reply within one to two working days
In four steps
Four steps.
The first two come with no obligation. Only then do you decide.
- Step 01
Conversation
Show us one process that could be lighter.
- What
- Half an hour, on site or online. We ask how the work runs now, not what you would like to have.
- Result
- The process map: your process on one page, with who does what and where the effort goes. The same day, or within one working day at the latest.
- Cost
- No obligation
- Who you meet
- Jelle
- Step 02
Prototype
Then we build a working prototype on your own data. So you see what it will be before you sign anything.
- What
- A clickable system in your own house style, with your own examples. For AI: measured on a stack of your own documents.
- Result
- You see what it will be before you sign anything. The basis for the proposal.
- Cost
- No obligation
- Who you meet
- Jeroen and Mike
- Step 03
Build
Only then a proposal: a fixed price per phase, and the software is yours.
- What
- We set out the functions, roles and integrations based on the prototype. Then we build in short rounds, each ending in something working to test.
- Result
- A go or no-go per phase. Source code and documentation after every phase.
- Cost
- Fixed price per phase
- Who you meet
- Mike and Jelle
- Step 04
In operation
After go-live we keep the system running, secure and up to date.
- What
- Hosting in the EU, monitoring, hourly back-ups and security updates. Support on working days from 08:00 to 18:00, and a report every quarter.
- Result
- Measurable service levels in the SLA. Your code, your data.
- Cost
- 3 to 5% of the build price per month
Two ways to start.
Both with no obligation. Both end with your process on one page.
Start with a prototype
Six questions, about three minutes. We get in touch within one to two working days, and then build a prototype of your process.

What we put in writing before you sign.
- 01
Prove it first. Then sign.
A process map and a working prototype on your own data, with no obligation, before the proposal. Elsewhere you pay for a discovery phase, or get an estimate after one meeting.
- 02
One system. Built one solution at a time.
No big project all at once. A foundation with the first solution, then the next one in each phase. Each phase works on its own and has a fixed price.
- 03
Certainty on paper.
Ownership per phase, scope with numbered functions, response times, hourly back-ups, a quarterly report. What others promise in conversation, we put in the proposal and the SLA.
- 04
Built for heavy work.
Sectors with many people, rules and oversight. We start from their terminology and their rules, such as BRZO (Dutch Major Accident Hazards Decree), Wkb (Dutch Quality Assurance for Construction Act) or EU ETS. No generic apps.
What it costs.
Most systems we build cost between €10,000 and €40,000, one-off. Support is about 3 to 5% of that, per month. After the prototype you get a fixed price, before you sign anything.
€10,000 to €40,000
What most systems cost, one-off. We discuss larger work, with more solutions or sites, in the first conversation.
3 to 5% per month
Support and keeping up, as a share of the build price. It scales with the system.
No obligation
Conversation, process map and prototype. After the prototype you get a fixed price, before you sign anything.
Amounts exclude VAT.
Questions.
About the no-obligation steps, lock-in and how long it takes.
Why do the process map and prototype come with no obligation?
Because we want to know first that we are building the right thing. You see what it will be; we see whether we are the right partner. Only then do we talk about money.
What if we do not like the prototype?
Then we stop there, or we change it. You are not committed to anything, and you keep the process map.
Can we start small?
Yes. The first phase is the foundation with one solution, for the process that matters most. The rest can follow later, on the same foundation.
How long does it take?
We set that after the prototype, per phase. We do not give a timeframe before then.
How much of our time does it take?
One owner who makes the decisions, and a few users who review and test during the build. We agree the exact amount per project.
Are we tied to you afterwards?
No. Source code, data and documentation are yours. You can carry on yourselves or with another team.
